WARMING UP

Track Based Training Warm-Up


Please ensure that you arrive 10-15minutes before your session to complete your Warm-Up. Warm-ups will be explained at your first few sessions, but ALL athletes are expected to carry out their own warm-up after approx. 4 sessions.

Additional support will be provided to ensure that every athlete understands their warm-up routine and can carry this out prior to their training. For more advanced warm-ups please allow the necessary time to complete. Your session time is valuable and we want you to get the best out of your time with your coach and not spend time warming up before training.
