Welcome to Sprint Coach Gold Coast. A place for young athletes to develop their Speed, Acceleration, Agility, Technique and all things Sprint and Fitness. Introducing Ieuan Cornelius and Jordan Cox, your Fully Accredited, Registered & Insured Coaches & Fitness Professionals, with Fitness Australia. Ieuan & Jordan are both athletes and passionate about sport. Jordan is a talented National High Jumper and Runner whereas Ieuan is a Queensland Representative Rugby Union Player and Sprinter.

Our Primary Focus is to work with athletes from all sports, between the ages of 10 and 15 years. We create an environment that is challenging, inspiring and most importantly enjoyable. Sprint Training, for many athletes, can often be quite boring, especially for younger persons. It is often coached in large groups of athletes meaning that not everyone gets the training or support they need.

We believe that Younger Athletes should be helped in a more focused manner and with fun at the core of the training. We often think that our children, while budding athletes, could be the next ‘big thing’ and often lose sight of what is most important for the younger athlete… FUN!!!

There are many options available for Sprint Coaching on the Gold Coast, many of which are highly talented coaches, however they often work with larger groups. This can lead to many individuals, who may not be at the same level, as those within their group, missing out on key instructions and coaching. Keeping our groups to a maximum of 4 athletes ensures our athletes get the focus and support they need and deserve.
